Upon realizing I had misplaced my wallet, the staff went above and beyond to help me search and eventually found it tucked away in the sitting area, showcasing their sincerity and dedication to guest satisfaction. the attention to detail in the room's heating and air conditioning was impeccable, offering the perfect climate control for the fluctuating weather in Rome. the complimentary tea and coffee facilities were a delightful touch, allowing me to unwind in the cozy dining area after a day of exploring the nearby historic sites. the soundproofed rooms truly impressed me, as despite the bustling location near the Trevi Fountain, I enjoyed peaceful nights of restful sleep. the abundance of free toiletries, along with the convenient washing machine and well-equipped kitchen, made me feel right at home. the presence of a flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, while the proximity to local restaurants like Il Ristoro dal Patriota and Piccolo Buco offered a taste of authentic Italian cuisine just steps away from the hotel.
